Phase 1 of the Houston Spaceport acts as an innovation, manufacturing and design hub.

The plan for Phase 1 development coveres approximately 90 acres on the southeast side of Ellington Airport. Officially underway with the opening of the Houston Aerospace Support Center in June 2016, the Spaceport will continue development with an Incubator/Innovation Hub.
