The Houston Aerospace Support Center (HASC)

The first dedicated infrastructure for the Houston Spaceport, the HASC offers 53,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. Utilize the HASC’s basic services and “hands-on” environment to rapidly evolve your project from concept to execution in a world-class facility.

300K and 100K Clean Rooms

Manufacturing and research can be demanding enough without worrying about outside contamination. That’s why the HASC has two lab-certified clean rooms to help you perform crucial tasks in the controlled environments you require.

Designed specifically to allow close collaboration between laboratories, workspaces and the high bay, the HASC is the perfect research and design facility for all aspects of research and development - all the way from design to flight.

High Bay Cranes

Two separate heavy-lift crane configurations in the HASC allow for processing massive cargo just steps from Runway 4/22. A pair of 5-ton hook bridge cranes (10 tons total lift capacity) meet the lifting demands and space requirements for virtually any spaceflight-related task. An additional 3-ton single hook crane allows for additional lift work on the shop floor.
